Francis helped us sell a rental in Arlington a few months ago and we can't say enough good things about her professionalism and the way she handled the sale. When the buyer's agent inspector raised a red flag about the foundation, Francis enlisted another inspector who debunked the first inspectors findings and showed there was a much smaller problem that needed to be dealt with and not the foundation as a whole. Due to Francis being so proactive on our behalf the sale moved forward at a nice pace and we saved alot of money. Thank you Francis!
